Prof. Dr Matej Avbelj has published an original scientific article entitled “Theoretical Challenges of Corporate Legal Accountability for Climate Change”, in which he examines the theoretical limitations and possibilities of corporate legal accountability for climate change. The article discusses contemporary legal frameworks and emphasises the importance of legal doctrine in developing an effective theory of corporate responsibility for climate change.
