The event will explore the resilience of domestic, regional, and international legal systems for climate change, business, and human rights in ensuring accountability for adverse human rights impacts. The conference will also address the challenges of both recognizing obligations and accessing remedies at the domestic, regional, and international levels. It will also address specific challenges faced in Ljubljana and elsewhere in Slovenia in ensuring effective climate change adaptation and mitigation approaches in the state and business sectors.
